01 How do I follow my order and documentation?
Your order status is shown: "Awaiting plaque approval", then "Approved". Every order is documented with photos and videos.
02 How long does execution take?
Wells: hand pump 14 days, medium electric 21 days, large electric 30 days, large solar-powered 35 days; durations are estimates and start from the moment of the order. Water distribution within one or two days, and sacrifices within one to two days.
03 Can I gift a project?
Every service can be gifted: the name on the project plaque and the du'a wording. We review the name and get your approval before execution.
04 Can I choose the execution location?
The Saadaqa team chooses the execution location based on need. Execution countries: Pakistan, India, Tanzania, Malawi, Bangladesh, Niger and Benin. Water distribution is for visitors of Al-Masjid Al-Haram in Makkah.
